Delivery Policy

We will provide delivery service for customers who purchase “products” from our Website to almost anywhere in New Zealand. We only ship to New Zealand addresses. However, all products set out in your order are subject to product availability. If a product ordered is out of stock, we will notify customers via email and let them know the waiting time. Otherwise, we can refund the total amount of the order by using the same payment method.


All orders will be packed and despatched in 24 hours since the payment is accepted and received. We try to delivery all products within 1 to 3 working days, because PBT couriers do not do delivery on weekend. For the weekdays, the most orders in urban place will be under overnight delivery and 2 days to South Island. Please allow additional 1 to 2 days delivery for the rural address.

  • Urban North Island: 1 to 2 days except weekend & holidays
  • Rural North Island: 1 to 3 days except weekend & holidays
  • South Island: 1 to 3 days except weekend & holidays
  • Rural South Island: 2 to 4 days except weekend & holidays


Delivery cost will depend on the size and weight of parcel and the delivery location.

  • Parcels under A4 size & less than 5kg to North Island will be charged $5.00
  • Parcels over A4 size & less than 10kg to North Island will be charged $10.00
  • Parcels under A4 Size & less than 10kg to South Island will be charged $10.00

Big and super big parcel will be the particular price which will be displayed on check out.

Damage products

Since we get orders from customers, we will guarantee the safety of all products in the order. We will wrap fragile products with bubble paper. We will make sure all products intact when they are leaving our warehouse. We are also responsible for damaged products, but we are not responsible for any damage for tear and wear or any human factor damage. When customers get the parcel, please make a signature on the parcel and open the parcel to check if there is any damage. If there is some damage, show the delivery person and contact us immediately. We will organise another delivery or refund for customers, but you need to return the products to us first remain original package. 


Tracking your order

All freight being delivered by PBT Courier should require a signature obtained in accordance with the PBT Couriers standard policy. Since an order placed, customers will get confirmation via email with a tracking number and tracking website. All delivery information will be on the PBT Courier Website.

All items delivered by PBT Couriers should be attempted to be personally delivered to the recipient with a signature obtained in accordance with the PBT Couriers standard policy. All items must be signed for no exception.
